WEAVING
Our swimsuits are primarily made from polyamide, a dense yarn like microfibre. The fabric is exclusively woven and softened through an emery process.
COLORS
We offer a vibrant range of eco-printed colors, using plant-based materials and following OEKO-TEX 100 standards.
CUTTING
Our luxurious swimsuits are meticulously hand-cut using scissors or circular saws.
SIDE SEAM ASSEMBLY
The seams are stitched using a “feed-off-the-arm” machine with a braided thread of four strands, ensuring durability and a neat finish inside and out.
EYELET PLACEMENT
Eyelets are placed on the back for water drainage and to prevent ballooning.
DRAWSTRING ASSEMBLY
The Hapnix cord is assembled by hand using traditional needle techniques.
LINER
Engineered for all-day comfort with a soft, frictionless feel.
FABRICS
We use recycled polyamide and polyester, treated for quick-drying performance. Some styles include elastane for added stretch and comfort.
